please help got scammed

Please, if anyone knows, help. My father's 5 lakh rupees were scammed without sharing any OTP, without clicking any link, without doing anything. We had collected that money by borrowing from all relatives and friends because my father is undergoing treatment for 4th stage cancer. If this refund is not received, my entire family will be ruined. Please help. I have also reported to cyber crime and emailed the bank. Please help me.
