  The biggest problem here is that a sim renewal and reregistration is possible when already linked to an account. That should NOT be possible. It's a loophole that must be plugged immediately. The telcos and the NCC are complicit for this potential of fraud and must take immediate action in responsibility.

  The person that died and leave such amount in his or her account is a very wicked person, how comes the family didn't know he had such amount in his account because they would have gone to the bank and make claims, and trust me the bank after some years will forfeit that money, and nothing happen...

  I got information that the owner of the account is dead,I have gotten the bvn from the bank source but the account reactivation needs the presence of the owner and the owner is dead. I just need .... yes to move out the money
